Dr. Derek Kling
PT, DPT

Derek is native of central Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from Lebanon Valley College and then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. Derek initially practiced in upstate New York , then lived in Australia for 2 years before returning to the area in the beginning of 2010. Derek has a special interest in treating patients with vertigo. Derek is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending his free time outdoors. Derek currently resides in Chambersburg with his wife.

Dr. Joshua Routzahn
DPT

Joshua is a Western Maryland native. He spent seven years of his higher education career along the Shenandoah Valley receiving his Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science at Bridgewater College and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Shenandoah University. Joshua is from Shenandoah University’s graduating class of 2017. He has a special Interest in the sports medicine and shoulder related injuries. Joshua is the co-author of a published peer-reviewed journal article, “ Reliability and Validity of the 6-Minute Walk Test”,  which was presented at the combined sections meeting in 2018. Joshua enjoys nature hikes, strength training, and Washington Capitals hockey.

Kyle Stine
PTA

Kyle is from Shippensburg, PA. He earned his degree at Penn State Mont Alto. He enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and football. He also enjoys hiking, and spending time at his cabin.​

Kiersten was born and raised in Waynesboro,PA. She attended Penn State Mont Alto and graduated in 2022 with an associates degree to be a Physical Therapy Assistant. She enjoys going on walks with her yellow lab, Willow, going to the gym, and spending time with family.

​Grace Banfe
​PTA

Grace is originally from Greencastle but moved to Waynesboro in 2023. She received her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistance in 2021 and her Bachelors of Arts in 2023 from Penn State Mont Alto. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer. Grace enjoys serving in her local church, hiking, fishing, reading, playing sports, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends and family.

Rachel Ashway

Rachel was born and raised in Mercersburg, PA. She graduated from Penn State Mont Alto with her Physical Therapy Assistance degree in 2020. She enjoys gardening, browsing flea markets, and watching Philadelphia Eagles football games.

Karen is a Chambersburg native. She lives with her husband and has 2 grown children. Her PT background is in Home Health. She enjoys flowers, long walks, music, and family gatherings.
